The Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corporation is seeking a Director of Journalism to be journalism's advocate inside and outside the organization, and who will create and execute programs, initiatives, and strategies that promote our organization’s leadership and guidance to members, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, a strong understanding of advocacy affairs, and a strong background in journalism. This is usually demonstrated by 10+ years’ of experience within a related role; ideally in an association or corporate setting
The Director of Journalism reports to the Executive Director.
This position reports to our Washington, DC office, however remote applicants anywhere in the world are encouraged. Ability to travel internationally and domestically is preferred.
